What is Pilates? Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise with emphasis on core strength whilst improving postural alignment and flexibility.
This Pilates Basics session is aimed at absolute beginners, but all levels and abilities are welcome to join us. The session will be held online via video call using Zoom. You will be required to keep your video on so that the teacher can see you and help/correct you if needed.
